The structure of the towers is highly efficient “H” shaped reinforced concrete shearwalls, columns and slabs. The top of the building is cast in place concrete. It is supported on a foundation system based on augercast piles. The parking is post-tensioned flat plate with an extensive amenities deck on the seventh floor.
