Description:
These two similar looking towers house vastly different programs. BOR one is a conventional residential unit with post-tensioned slabs while BOR 2 is loft building, where all units are two stories, built with reinforced concrete slabs. Both towers have highly efficient shear wall system to resist the lateral loads and are bearing on augercast pile foundation.
